Another in the series.

This is one of the windows on the side of the building. I think this was done after the building had already been abandoned, but I'm not sure exactly the reason for it being there is. This is only one of a small handful of windows still intact.

That was the brainchild idea of one of the people that helped screw the old owner out of the property in 2009. They thought it would be artsy. The best part is, the City actually paid for that.
